We are into the production of heavy duty machinery parts for the mining, construction, timber, agricultural industries. We are also into welding and fabrication of metal components. We also engage in the training of artisans. We have again built a cupola furnace to aid in the recycling of our unused scrap metals.
Our vision at SES is to become the recognized local leader in our targeted market for all welding and metal fabrication activities. As such we do not compromise on the quality of our products and services for any reason.
We at SES go the extra mile to be very honest to our customers and have a very strong personal principles with our clients.
It is our aim to take over the welding industry in Ghana. As such, we engage our staff in various trainings to provide them with the prerequisite knowledge about the numerous welding activities, lathing, drilling etc. This thus gives us a solid advantage over our competitors. We are always on top of the game.
We at SES are safety conscious, as such we have created a workplace culture of safety, we allow access to safety information, reward safety behavior, we use signs and labels and keep our working environment clean. We also use the right tools and equipments, in our operations, train employees well, partner with occupational clinicians, implement safety protocols from the start and feel safe with people.
We have built a cupola furnace at our end to aid in the recycling of all our unused scrap metals. This helps protect our working environment as scrap materials are not discarded anyhow as in the case of our competitors.
